These terms set the ground rules for using QuizProo as a candidate or recruiter, including account duties, prohibited conduct, and platform limitations.

Acceptance of terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of QuizProo. By accessing the website or using any QuizProo service, you agree to comply with these terms.
If you are using QuizProo on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
User roles
Candidates
Candidates use QuizProo to sign in, complete quizzes, review scores, and participate in platform experiences related to learning, evaluation, or interview preparation.
Recruiters
Recruiters use QuizProo to review or manage assessments, evaluate candidate performance, and support recruitment-related workflows. Recruiters must act honestly and only for legitimate hiring or talent-evaluation purposes.
Account responsibilities
- Provide accurate information when creating or accessing your account.
- Keep your login credentials and connected OAuth accounts secure.
- Use the platform only for lawful and authorized purposes.
- Promptly notify QuizProo if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Prohibited actions
- Cheating, colluding, sharing answers, using unauthorized tools, or otherwise manipulating quiz results.
- Creating fake recruiter accounts, impersonating another person or company, or misrepresenting hiring authority.
- Scraping, harvesting, copying, or extracting platform data, user data, questions, or content without written permission.
- Interfering with site performance, reverse engineering protected features, or attempting to bypass security controls.
- Using QuizProo to submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing content.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to QuizProo at our discretion if we believe you violated these terms, created risk for other users, disrupted the service, or exposed QuizProo to legal or security concerns.
We may also remove content, freeze quiz access, or disable recruiter workflows while investigating suspected misuse.
Intellectual property
QuizProo and its platform content, branding, quiz materials, designs, and related software are owned by QuizProo or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except where we clearly allow it, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit QuizProo content without prior written permission.
Disclaimers and liability
QuizProo is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect accuracy, hiring outcomes, or that the platform will meet every user requirement.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, QuizProo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, business, or opportunities arising from your use of the platform.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted on this page unless a different date is stated.
