This page explains how candidates and recruiters can ask QuizProo to delete account-related personal information.

How to request deletion
If you would like QuizProo to delete your account or personal data, please email info.quizproo@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account.
Please include enough information for us to identify your account, such as your full name, registered email address, and whether you are using QuizProo as a candidate or recruiter.
What happens next
- We will review the request and may contact you to verify identity before processing deletion.
- Once verified, we will remove or anonymize eligible personal data within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping requirements.
- Some limited information may be retained where required to comply with law, resolve disputes, or enforce platform agreements.
Future self-service deletion
QuizProo may add a dashboard-based self-service deletion option in the future. Until then, email is the official method for requesting account and data deletion.
